Based on the packaging manufacturing process, display box and tray machines operate at a speed from 15 box/minute up to 150 box/minute with a typical changeover time of up to 15 minutes

Standard features include, “no tray – no product push” and positive blanks opening performed by automatic vacuum picking: this feature ensures an efficient automatic cycle with a wide range of blank dimensions and wrapping quality thickness

In addition, we can of course configure the packaging machine to insert flat or pre-glued dividers inside the box or tray and lead applicator

A few standard features include large flat blank magazine, product insertion module inside the forming unit and closing station with integrated hot melt glue station.
