Thanks to extreme space optimization with possibility to easily integrate also them in crowded manufacturing floors, carto-palletizers ensure an very quick Return on Investment.

Depending on the product-to-pack size and the desired configuration, the whole machinery (cartoner + palletizer) footprint typically is only 2 meters X 4,5 meters: this way you have more space available to manufacture your products.

Infeed products insertion can be horizontal in-line, vertical 90° powered by custom automation or robotic arms. 

All over the years, we developed dedicated solutions for specific needs such as handling of fragile products in flexible film packages, mono-dose products or premium products. 

Of course, standard features always included onto the case packing module include positive case opening, tape or hot-melt glue case sealing.
